Shipping process will start after the payment is confirmed. aere-store.com ships via DHL for all types of international orders. Shipping process in Italy takes 1-3 business days via TNT Express and is free of charge, while international deliveries may take up to 3-7 business days (depending on shipment preferences) from order confirmation and is not free of charge. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with duties, taxes and customs where applicable. Customers are also responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to a wrong address.
Shipping to Russia
Due to specific customs regulations in Russia, aere-store.com is only able to issue invoices and ship to legally registered companies in Russia. Please find below the list of documents required from the client’s business company in Russian language:
- Declaration about quality
- Import quarantine permission
- Declaration of conformity
- Certificate of State Registration
Please note that aere-store.com does not take any responsibility for any complications that might occur in case the accompanying documents are not filled in correctly, such as 1) the box will be automatically returned back to our warehouse; 2) the customs will not recognize the return shipment as an import so custom taxes and duties will be applied (which are to be paid by customer). Here below are our return conditions and a step-by-step guide for a stress-free return.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the arrival date to customer. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.
- Customer may request refund (EU full-price order only), store credit or exchange (upon stock availability).
- International (Non-EU) returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Sale items are eligible for return on store credit only.
- Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition: clean, not worn, not damaged, with all tags attached. Shoes will be accepted if returned in their original, undamaged box. All shoes should be tried on a protected surface in order not to damage the sole. Underwear, socks, tights and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- All exchange items are based on stock availability.
- Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer. Aeré store has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Return
shipping cost will be removed from the refund amount.
- In case of an exchange, the shipping cost for the exchange item is free of charge.
Please find below the step-by-step return guide:
- Request a return authorisation by contacting our customer service at: email@example.com
within 14 working days from the arrival of your order.
- Provide your complete address for return documents, if different from the original one.
- Print all supporting documents sent by our manager.
- Schedule a pickup with DHL by calling your local customer support number via http://www.dhl.com/en.html
- Place the items you wish to return in its original packaging, secure it with tape, remove all the original documents and attach new printed documents on the external part of the packaging, making sure the courier label is visible.
- Send the parcel via courier and wait until the package is back to our facility and the items are checked for damages.
- The exchange / store credit / refund will be issued within 5 working days from the receipt of package in our facility.
